瓦楞纸板 CORRUGATED BOARDS

瓦楞纸板是小型变压器的一种常用油隙绝缘，它的优点是装配简单，改善了固体绝缘材料在油道中分配，与在径向均匀配置撑条相比，在瓦楞纸板的油道中，固体绝缘分布非常均匀，不存在与电场垂直的平面，因此，油道强度可提高15%左右，而不丧失可靠性，我公司采用热压成型等工艺生产的瓦楞纸板，具有如下优点：

Corrugated boards are commonly used as oil gap insulating for transformer. Its advantage is in assembly. It improves the distribution of oil channels in solid insulation material comparing with the strips radially arranged evenly in the oil channel of corrugated board. The solid insulation is very even. There is no surface which is perpendicular to electric field, therefore it can increase the strength of the oil channels by 15% without losing its reliability. The corrugated boards in our company are produced by hot pressing. They have follow advantage:
